"Taking the car keys from a loved one is no easy decision for family members...There are all sorts of 'classic' signs of trouble behind the wheel. One is a long list of conditions under which a person will not drive: At night, on the freeway, in the rain. Another cause for concern is a mounting number of accidents or mishaps, and citations."
