This article discusses the effect the Israeli security barrier is having on those who are most affected by it. "Up and down the fence line, people once linked through business, neighborhood and even friendship are being forced to choose sides....'My problem with this wall they're putting up is that you end up punishing an entire people to stop five or six terrorists,' says the Gaza-born director of the American Muslim Association of North America, Sofian Abdelaziz Zakkout. 'This is being built over Palestinian land, disrupting farmland, and it punishes villages that depend on Israel for their economy'" (SUN-SENTINEL).
