520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. "For a while, Christine Ferrara, a working mother in Millburn, N.J., tried to coax, cajole and coerce her picky 2-year-old, Charlotte, into eating what the family was eating....It was too stressful to spend time preparing food that would inevitably go uneaten. So Ferrara caved in to Charlotte's endless pleas for pasta. Across the country, other parents of young children also are surrendering, serving macaroni and cheese, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, pasta and hot dogs rather than endure the mealtime stress of having their children eat well-balanced meals." (DAILY BREEZE) The article examines the impact that picky eating has upon children's overall nutrition.
