"U.S. schools will have to supply immigration authorities with a sweeping new array of information on foreign students, Attorney General John Ashcroft said Friday [May 10, 2002]. The information would be compiled in a new Internet-based system." (UPI) This article relates that as of Jan. 30, 2003, U.S. schools will be required to give the Immigration and Naturalization Service information about foreign students.
