The Supreme Court's "decision forcing the PGA Tour to let the disabled golfer ride a cart during competition was a resounding victory not just for [Casey] Martin, but also for people with disabilities who want to use federal law to gain access to tournament sports" (USA TODAY). This article reviews the Supreme Court's decision in the Martin case and speculates about its possible impact on other sports.
