And a surprising number admit that their religious beliefs determine their voting decisions." (AMERICAN DEMOGRAPHICS) This article reveals that although many of the political decisions Americans make are influenced by religion, "religious beliefs don't weigh statistically more heavily in favor of either Democrats or Republicans."
